I. Warranty Coverage

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance within one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

II. Warranty Contents

  • During the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace any defective product or its components. The replacement product or components may be new or refurbished, but they will be functionally equivalent to the original ones.
  • We will cover the costs of parts and labor required for the repair or replacement of the defective product. As for the shipping costs arising from the warranty service, they will be negotiated and determined by both parties according to specific circumstances.

III. Exclusions from Warranty

  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
  • Any alteration, modification, or repair of the product by anyone other than our authorized service personnel will void this warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading of cosmetic parts, is not covered by this warranty.
  • Unless the defect is due to a manufacturing defect, consumable parts such as batteries, light bulbs, and filters are not covered under this warranty.

IV. Warranty Claim Procedure

  • To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact our customer service department within the warranty period. The purchaser is required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, and a detailed description of the problem.
  • Our customer service representatives will guide the purchaser through the warranty claim process. In some cases, the representatives may be able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone or via email and provide a solution without the need to ship the product.
  • If the product needs to be shipped for repair, the customer service representatives will provide instructions on how to ship the product. The purchaser must pack the product securely to prevent further damage during shipping.
  • Once the defective product is received by our authorized service center, it will be inspected and diagnosed. If the problem is covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement will be carried out as quickly as possible. The purchaser will be notified of the status of the claim and the estimated time for the completion of the service.

V. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or its components. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the product.

VI. Warranty Extension

We may offer a warranty extension program for an additional fee. The terms and conditions of the warranty extension will be provided at the time of purchase. The warranty extension will provide additional coverage beyond the original warranty period for eligible products.
